They are competent and get the job done. They use a vacuum system that functions completely from the ground. So no one ever goes on your roof and there is no mess. That's better for your shingles and eliminates any concern of liability for injuries. They also provide before and after pictures of the gutters, so you can get a sense of how often you need the cleaning. Once you establish a schedule, you just get an email a couple times a year with before and after pictures and an invoice. - Aaron
