What does gutter cleaning cost?

A typical one-story home of less than 2000 sq. ft. will vary between $150 - $165.

A two story home of 2000 sq. ft. or more will run between $175 - $300

Large homes and commercial buildings will be $300 and up

Please Note: If gutters are extremely clogged, there may be an additional fee that would be clarified prior to starting. To avoid this charge for future jobs, we do offer a regular maintenance program that will keep things working properly

Is it possible for me to get a look at the gutters after work is performed?

Definitely. We don't want you to just take our word for it—using our special camera feed while standing safely on the ground, you'll be able to look at pictures that we take of the work. You'll have no doubts as to whether the job was done!

Is your company insured?

Triangle's Best Choice is fully insured, carrying both business liability and workers compensation insurance. NOTE: Gutter cleaning insurance is one of the more costly types of business insurance plans.  A word of caution, if you receive a quote that seems to be good to true it just might be, the quoting company might not have insurance that covers them climbing and working from ladders and that could lead to a lawsuit if they were to fall while cleaning your gutters.  Remember the old adage, you get what you pay for, cheaper isn't necessarily better.

How do you work without ladders?

We use a vacuum system to clean your gutters! The system we use is a powerful free-standing gutter cleaning machine, using powerful suction to clean gutters quickly, collecting waste as it goes. It's powerful enough to handle the toughest jobs, sucking up tightly packed wet leaves, soil and even rooted plants effortlessly. It's safer and less messy than working from ladders or roof-walking. PLEASE NOTE: If a down spout is clogged and we can't get it cleared successfully from the ground we will use a ladder to gain access to it.

IMPORTANT:  Because we don't climb ladders to do our cleaning, we can't clean the inside of gutters that have gutter guards installed on them. If there is debris piled on the top of them we can remove that to help improve rain flow.  However, to properly clean gutters with guards installed you will need to have someone remove the guards, clean them and then have the guards reinstalled or not.

Do you need access to power?

No. Our crews are self-sufficient for gutter cleaning. However, we might need to hook up to water in order to flush a clogged downspout if the weather permits.

How much of my day will this take up?

Not long. Because we clean from the ground, there are no ladders or scaffolds to set up and move, allowing us to get started shortly after arriving. Time to clean depends on how long it has been since your last cleaning with most jobs taking between 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours to complete.  And with your permission, we can perform this work while you are away as long as we will take pictures of our work and at the end of the day we will send you the link to them so you can see what was done. We will also send the invoice electronically which in turn can be paid online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and cash upon completion of work. We can also invoice for commercial work with a purchase order issued. We can send invoice electronically and you can pay online.

Do you do any work with underground drains?

No, our service ends at the point where the down spout enters the ground. We will clean out the downspout and point the clogged drain so that you aware of it.
