Ground Based Gutter Cleaning Service

Preventive gutter maintenance for homeowners who don't want surprises.
Where great reviews aren't just words, they're our promise

Why do you recommend semi-annual gutter maintenance? Most homes accumulate debris twice per year--once in the fall from leaves and once in the spring from pollen, roof grit, and seed pods. Cleaning gutters only once a year often leaves months of buildup that can lead to clogs, overflow, and water damage. Semi-annual maintenance provides more consistent protection and is the service level we recommend for most homes.
Why are you more expensive than some other companies? Our pricing reflects scheduled, preventive maintenance--not rushed or emergency cleanings. We limit the number of houses we service each season, schedule proactively, and follow a consistent process. This allows us to deliver reliable results and stand behind our work. We are not the cheapest option, and we're not trying to be.
What determines the price for my home? Pricing is based on factors such as:
Home size and roof height, gutter length and accessibility, debris volume and tree coverage, and seasonal timing and service frequency. Prices typically start at $165 and go up from there. We do have a minimum service charge of $135.
Please Note: If gutters are extremely clogged, there may be an additional fee that would be clarified prior to starting work. If a customer waits more than a year between services their service will increase in cost.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and cash upon completion of work. We can also invoice for commercial work with a purchase order issued. We will send invoice electronically and you can pay online.
Do you do any work with underground drains? No, we will make sure that the downspout elbow coming off of the gutter is working. If the downspouts connect into an underground drainage system and that system appears to be clogged we’ll let you know if a specialist flush or jetting is recommended.
How does ground-based gutter cleaning work? We connect a powerful vacuum to lightweight poles that reach your gutters from the ground. Debris is lifted out and contained—not blown around—so the job is cleaner and safer.
Is it as effective as cleaning by hand from the roof? Yes, it is, and it’s much safer. We provide our clients with pictures of our work so they can see the results.
What’s included in standard gutter cleaning? Remove all debris from uncovered gutters, place in customer waste bin or dump in natural area. Blow air into downspouts to ensure they are working properly. Clean up any debris that we cause to fall on the ground either raking it up or blowing it into natural areas. Upon completion of job, customers will receive a link to pictures taken of the work along with an invoice for our services.
Do you flush downspouts and check for clogs? We blow air down the downspouts to make sure they are working properly. If it is determined that there might be a clog, we will try a few different methods to clear them, including disassembly of the downspout if necessary. If you have clogged underground drains, we’ll let you know if a specialist flush or jetting is recommended.
Do you offer one-time gutter cleaning? Yes, we do offer one-time service on a limited basis. However, our best pricing, availability, and scheduling priority are reserved for customers on a maintenance schedule. One-time cleanings are best suited for real estate transactions or homes transitioning into a maintenance plan.
Can you clean two-story or three-story homes from the ground? Absolutely. Our poles reach most second- and many third-story gutters from the ground. For unusual rooflines, we’ll confirm the best safe approach prior to issuing a quote. Site visits are sometimes needed to verify that we can reach all gutters.
Will you provide photos or a report of your work? Yes. We provide clear after-photos (and before photos when useful) so you can see exactly what was done, plus any maintenance notes.
Do I need to be home during the appointment? Nope. As long as we have exterior access and your gates are unlocked, we can handle everything and send photos/invoice electronically
Do you remove and haul away debris? No, we will place debris in yard debris containers or spread into natural areas, whichever customer prefers.
Are you insured and licensed? We’re fully insured and happy to provide a certificate on request. If we see loose sections, leaks, or sagging, we’ll document them and either handle simple fixes (when feasible) or refer a trusted pro.
What happens if you find damage (loose or missing hangers, sagging sections, leaks)? When we see something that needs the client’s attention we will advise them about it.
What if it rains on my service day? We will contact our clients via text message if there is a need to cancel and/or reschedule due to inclement weather. We will do our best to reschedule service as soon as possible, however during peak periods we ask for patience as we rework cancellations back into the schedule.
Do gutter guards still need cleaning, and do you service homes with guards? All types of gutter guards eventually need cleaning. The method of cleaning varies with the style of guard. Some need to be removed, some need to be scrubbed and some need to simply have debris removed from the tops of them. We can clear debris on top of guards but cannot clean anything underneath them or scrub the edges or screening.
